  • Yes, we prioritise the confidentiality of our clients' projects and ideas. Before we commence any discussions or share sensitive information, we often request the signing of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). This agreement ensures that all information exchanged during the course of our collaboration remains strictly confidential.

  • Absolutely! To maintain transparency and avoid any misunderstandings, we use detailed contracts for all our projects. The contract outlines the scope of work, timelines, payment terms, deliverables, and other relevant terms and conditions. Signing the contract is a standard procedure before starting any project to protect both parties' interests.

  • Yes, we have established strong connections with reputable manufacturers in the fashion industry. Whether you need small-scale production or mass manufacturing, we can help facilitate the process and connect you with the most suitable manufacturers based on your specific requirements. We have extensive experience working with international suppliers. We have a global network of trusted partners and manufacturers, allowing us to source fabrics, materials, and other fashion components from various countries. This enables us to cater to diverse design requirements and access a wide range of high-quality resources.

  • A Technical Pack, also known as a Tech Pack, is a comprehensive document that includes all the necessary technical information required to produce a fashion design. It typically includes detailed technical drawings, measurements, construction details, material specifications, and other relevant information.

If you plan to have your designs manufactured, a Technical Pack is essential. It ensures clear communication between you and the manufacturer, reducing the chances of errors during the production process and ensuring your designs are accurately brought to life. As part of our services, we can create a detailed Technical Pack for your designs to streamline the production process and ensure the best possible outcome.

  • While visiting suppliers in person can be beneficial for certain projects, it is not always necessary. We understand that international travel may not be feasible for all clients. Our team is well-equipped to handle supplier communications and negotiations on your behalf, ensuring that your requirements are effectively conveyed and met. However, if you wish to visit suppliers in person, we can assist in making the necessary arrangements.

  • Booking a consultation call is simple. You can reach out to us through our website. You will be directed to complete a form that gives us an insight into your brand and requirements before we jump on a call. During the consultation, we will discuss your project needs, answer any questions, and provide further details about our services.

  • Yes, sampling is an integral part of the design and production process. Creating samples allows you to visualise and assess the physical representation of your designs before proceeding with mass production. However, sampling costs will vary depending on the complexity of the design, the materials used, and the number of samples required. We have respectful relationships with some of our suppliers, of which do not charge fees for sampling.

  • Apart from the service fees and sampling costs, there might be additional expenses related to the project. These can include travel, shipping and logistics fees (if applicable), and any other specific requirements unique to your project. We will outline all potential expenses in the contract and keep you informed throughout the project's duration to avoid any surprises.
